How to access the Help Desk

The Help Desk is delivered through a screen sharing session. One-hour blocks are purchased in advance at a cost of $125 per hour at the time of booking. Unused time, if any, may be refunded or can be credited to future sessions. Time is billed in 15-minute increments. When booking a Help Desk session, you will be able to select one of our Accounting Managers or Mark Vieno, CPA and our CEO.

Help Desk is available to:

  • Clients with a Help Desk Agreement on file. Request a Help Desk Agreement.

  • Clients who have completed a DCAA configuration and/or GovBooks Implementation with us.

  • Clients with an Accounting Support Plan on file
