GovBooks is a subscription-based service with no long-term contracts. For any reason, if you decide to cancel your subscription and account, you may do so within the GovBooks application by completing the GovBooks Cancellation Form, which can be accessed on the Subscription page under Account Settings.
Only your company’s GovBooks System User with an Administrative Role may cancel a subscription and account
