WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • WORKING WITH CLIENTS

    Staff accountants work directly with clients to maintain their accounting systems.

  • MONTHLY FINANCIAL STATMENTS

    Responsibilities include bank and credit card reconciliations, recording customer invoices, monthly closes and producing monthly financial statements.

  • QUICKBOOKS

    You will become an expert in Quickbooks. You’ll run payroll, file 1099s, and maintain a time-keeping system.

  • ACCOUNTS PAYABLE, HR, CUSTOM APPS

    You’ll handle accounts payable, job costing and expense reports.

    You will maintain an HR system and integrate custom applications.
